Check-in is 7:30pm!!!!!! Check out is 11:00am!!!
Don’t stay here! The check in time is UNBELIEVABLY 7:30pm!! My fault for booking and not reading, I have definitely learned a lesson. Not happy with this at all. Apparently, when there is a football game the rules change and check in becomes much later. No refund, no discount. No way I stay here ever again !

Great beds, disappointing breakfast
This is a reasonably priced, clean facility just outside the center of Pullman. It was blessedly quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was good sized and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was a real disappointment, though. There were 6 different kinds of cereal, of which 5 were sugary. The eggs, sausage and pancakes were cold and inedible. The only flavors of yogurt were highly sugary orange or lime , neither of which could be considered “standard” yogurt flavors. It is odd that a hotel that provides such a great sleeping experience offers such a lousy breakfast.
Positives: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent. Negatives: Pool was closed and we booked through the hotel which didn’t indicate the pool would be closed during our stay. Having kids with us, this was one of the amenities we were looking for when booking. Also, breakfast is served pretty early, it was only available between 6-8am.

Great hotel I have used for friends and family for 18 years!
The room is wonderful! One member of the staff and perhaps him rudely following a policy is best looked at Barb.
Two months in advance I booked a room for my sister coming to Pullman for the first time ever. I requested a room on the top floor with a view. They put her one the first floor with a view of the parking lot and made the comment that WSU students are back on some of the 7 days of her trip! I am paying full price for her room not a discount price. He even delivered the comment to her in my presence and it sounded like she wasn’t as important as the students. Perhaps accounting would be a better fit for his skills.

We were in Pullman for a family reunion and the Hilltop Inn was our host. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking care of us. The rooms were clean and bright – great bed and lots of pillows! If you are even in Pullman try the Hilltop Inn.
