Pretty good, but a little pricey.

Overall the hotel was fine. It seemed to be expensive for a typical hotel for an ordinary weekend, It was move-in weekend at WSU, so maybe that is why the price was higher than expected. We would stay here again.

WSU Bound

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. This time was a little disappointing. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the toilet paper cheap & thin.
Upon check in we were given a room that had clearly been smoked in as the smell hit you in the face when we opened the door. When we asked for a different room, the young lady at the front desk seemed annoyed. No apology for the inconvenience of dragging our luggage around and put out by changing our room. Acted like it was our fault?! The cleaning staff was great! The breakfast was just ok. Will consider another hotel in October.

Needs some changes.

Beautiful Hotel and staff, the rooms are always clean, staff nice, love the lay-out, this is my 2nd time staying here, the beds are super uncomfortable, the pillows are lumpy and foam, all Coast hotels have been very comfortable, this one, I consistently wake up sore and stiff, never at other places, like the Coast in Wenatchee, and in Kauaii. Funny thing this Hoetl was more expensive, so I dont get it???

Pricey

Generally OK lodging accomodations, but pricey in comparison to nicer facilities in the area. Restaurant and bar area could stand some upgrading. Complimentary breakfast very good with quality hot options. Location is not close to the WSU campus.

Great Staff, ROUGH beds!

The staff at the Hilltop is great. We have stayed a few times and have always had great experiences. The rooms are average. They have some wear on them and could use some updating, but are completely fine. The beds are just plain not comfortable. Especially if you stay for more than 1 night. We stayed several nights and were sore afterwards.
Pullman is a college town. A lot of families come through for college related things. The hike in price is insane and just plain WRONG. But, that is obviously an issue that should be taken up with the city. It would however, be nice if a company would stand against it!
