Sarina was an amazing front desk employee! Can’t say enough about her kindness, she gave me a little upgrade which was hugely appreciated because I was tired from my travels. You made my stay exceptionally good. The service was great and the room was fabulous, spacious and well appointed. The bed was a king and very comfortable. The views amazing and very quiet for a busy night. I’ll be back!
Avoid the Construction
No idea how long this is going on for and no mention at booking. The elevator from the parking garage to the hotel is broken and there are no stairs so we hauled our suitcases to the front which is covered in scaffolding. The clerk advised there was free valet then laughed…but how would you know that. Uh okay. This was after I asked if she knew the elevator was broken. She said she did. But why no sign???? Sheesh. Or advisement on booking. This area is sketchy as hell at night.the view from our room was of the beautiful harbour. The rooms were basic. I really wish they had pre advised of the construction, parking, valet situation when we booked. Would have been a bit more seamless.
I had the luxury of staying in a room right next to the renos! And got to listen to the greatest musical instruments of constant drilling, hammering and banging all day starting at 8:30, so don’t expect to sleep in! OR have a relaxing stay! Despite making the booking half a year ago, and was still given a room right by the renos. Completely ridiculous. Make sure you ask for a room AWAY from the noise as they will not tell you about it. But I would just book another hotel.
The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Felt like the springs were gonna come out. No fridge.
Hallways dark , old and old smelling.
Read reviews from weeks ago elevator from parking lot was broken, and weeks later, it’s STILL broken
This Coast makes other Coast hotels look bad, as I have stayed at others which were MUCH better
Great bed - good hotel
The bed at this hotel was the best ever. Hotel is very clean, nice staff, good restaurant and it’s right downtown so you can walk everywhere.
ATM in the lobby, ironing board and iron in the room – even a bathrobe!

Great as always
Was very happy to find out that this hotel is dog friendly! I brought my 8 month old black lab with me and he was a little over excited when we got there (with all the new smells). The staff recognized I was having a hard time holding onto him while checking in so one of the girls came around to distract him while we finished up. She also offered to help me up to my room with my bags which was much appreciated! Had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and the service was wonderful there as well
