The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Nanaimo Airport (YCD) via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.
Harbour Air operates a terminal at Pioneer Waterfront Plaza, situated in the heart of Nanaimo Harbour. The waterfront terminal is conveniently located just across from the hotel, offering a quick and brief 3-minute walk from door to door.

There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancelation policy?
Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
