But generic but can’t fault it.
Nice and clean hotel in the middle of town and close to shops (which the hotel shares its parking with so you’ll never fail to get parked). Staff were friendly and very prompt in helping when we had a problem. Only thing stopping a 5* is that the look/design of the place looked like a generic hotel and didnt really have that individual character.

We( my son, his wife and me the mom) are currently staying at the coastal capris in Kelowna. To say the least we are not happy. We asked for adjoining rooms – NOT- but my son did get an adjoining room. The occupant was loudly spouting profanity in the middle of the night waking both my son and his wife. The walls are paper thin so that they could hear every cough and spoken word.
The rooms are a throw back to the 70’s. I have heard some have been updated- and all of this for 600++ for two rooms for two nights
The breakfast buffet and restaurant were very good.
Obviously I would not recommend staying here.
Coast Capri lovely as always!
From the front desk staff to the lovely clean and comfy room it was a pleasure staying at the Coast Capri. Our room overlooked the pool which was really nice, and the views of the hills around Kelowna were lovely. Had a fantastic nights sleep with comfortable bed and linens. Housekeeping always have a smile and good morning and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good with proper eggs and bacon and plenty of baked goods and choices for everyone.
Great stay. Friendly, helpful staff.
I spend a lot of nights in hotels every year, mostly for work and I would say this is one of the better stays this year.
The staff are very friendly virtually all the time. The person who checked us in helped us in parking in a good spot that was easily accessible as we had our boat with us and there were not many places for us to go. This was a family vacation stay so we took advantage of their buffet breakfast and the pool. The buffet was better than most with lots of good food available; scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, cereals, breads, fruit and much more.
The pool and the general facility was vey clean with plenty of lounge chairs available as well as tables to sit at. Later in the afternoon they also offered poolside service for happy hour, again very friendly staff here too.
My only complaint would be that the bed we had was squeaky and when ever one of would move or turn it would make noise.
There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and shopping close by too.
It was a great stay and we would go back again for sure.
Great location, great room (premium room with a king-sized bed), great service, and great breakfast buffet! The hotel has great access to HWY 97, shopping malls, downtown, and parks. I recommend this hotel for business, couples, family and solo.
