Overpriced for what you get

I only stayed 1 night, but wasn’t blown away or anything for the price. Rooms are small, pretty outdated, basic needs met. Beds are comfortable, thin walls. Location was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Immaculately clean

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at, maybe the cleanest. Down the the tiniest detail, corners, and edges. Extremely clean. It was remarkable.
Comfortable beds, pillows. Quiet room.
Nice large pool, and pool area. Pool area got noisy at times, but it was quiet at night.
Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. We walked most places we needed to go to. Even the places we drove to were easy to access from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was basic; nothing fancy. I had no problem eating my fill though.

Beautiful Pool area

Our room was clean and modern, we had a bit of trouble with the TV but they came and repaired it promptly. The restaurant was very good although the complimentary breakfast was average and in my opinion shut down too early. We spent an afternoon by the pool which was very relaxing, it was clean and set up nicely. The poolside service was excellent, I beleive the gal’s name was Casey. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Great hotel for a night or two

My husband and I have stayed at the Coast Capri hotel on many occasions as we travel from Alberta to Vancouver Island. This is a nice hotel, for a night or two. The rooms are clean, the location is good, easy to find, close off the highway, not too far from downtown, and a short drive to beaches and parks. The pool is very nice. Good breakfast buffet included with your stay, and friendly staff. Comfy beds. Kelowna is an expensive place to stay in the summer, and all hotels seem overpriced. We paid just over $300.00 including taxes, for our room. It’s nothing special, and for $300.00, it seems overpriced. However, it’s a decent place, and there’s not a lot of cheaper options. I wouldn’t stay a week here, but for one or twos nights, it’s fine.

Great service, Comfortable Beds

Stayed here in June and were pleasantly surprised by the room. We were a walk-in and the front desk did an amazing job at meeting our requirements for a pet-free, smoke-free room. Loved the hot tub but not the lack of access to bathrooms/change rooms in the pool area. I had to walk through the bar/restaurant in a bathrobe…awkward! Otherwise, would stay there again.
