Very kind staff

We just checked out of the Coast Capri and all I wanted to say was thank you to the extremely thoughtful staff here. My father was in the hospital and they gave me a discounted rate, no questions asked and an early check-in. They also included a free breakfast as well which was a full buffet. Thank you Dale very much for your hospitality :)

Thanks for a great stay!

Have stayed twice and both times were amazing stays. I have stayed now at 3 Coast hotels and will continue to do so as the service and care taken is second to none! The pool is huge, staff is amazing and the food in the lounge is fantastic.

Great business stay!

Stayed in this hotel a few times for business.

It is very comfortable, close to everything, and staff provides great service.

Breakfast was OK, but the room was nice and clean.

Great Environmental Rating too!

friendly and comfortable

I remember this hotel as a nightclub place when we visited Kelowna as young adults. Decades later, it is much more subdued. Staff were friendly throughout the property including the house staff. Sadly, bar staff learned my name and preferred drink quickly though I was there for 3 days.

Breakfasts were ok, but repetitive with little change. The biggest negative was the dinner I had. The steak was an eighth of inch thick. The restaurant is not listed on tripadvisor so my comments are here.

A great full service hotel!

Coast Capri is a very nice stop. The hotel has some age to it, but they have kept it up very nice. The staff is very service oriented, always greeting you and seeing if you need help. The hot breakfast was nice. In the evening they had a great band in the lounge. They quit at 10PM, and for a Fri or Sat. night that was very early??? Hot tub and pool were open in the winter (both outdoors) which was very nice, you could actually swim a few laps, which is unusual for a hotel pool.
