We only stayed a night here. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Seamless checkin, nice room. Had dinner and breakfast the next morning in the attached restaurant which was great. Good atmosphere despite fully booked due the long weekend.Loads of shopping nearby.
great hotel comfy beds...
stay at the coast on business, but would stay here for pleasure as well. The pillows and beds are soooo comfy…All around hotel and amenities are great. The location is good and the lobby area is very comfortable..appreciate the Starbucks coffee is served
Good modestly priced hotel
We paid a bit extra for a Premium room in the tower and are very glad we did. The side part looked really really tight and it was very noisy around the pool. Our room was on the 7th floor, very small balcony with only one chair. The rooms in the middle had much larger balconies, not sure if they were suites. Room was spacious, bright, clean and had a good view of the mountains. Road was super noisy with the windows open but seemed pretty well sound proof when closed.
Breakfast was good both mornings. Eggs, Hashbrowns, revolving protein, cereal, croissants, etc.
Only issue we had was with Housekeeping. I found knocking on my door on a Sunday morning at 8:30 am a little early (we weren’t checking out that day). We told her we’d be out in 45 mins we came back twice during the day and it still wasn’t done. Eventually done very late afternoon
A very pleasant stay
A nicely renovated room, with a very comfortable bed. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for a terrific weekend. The breakfast that was included with our stay was wonderful – good quality and selection. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
Reservations, front desk and management highly irresponsible and unprofessional
I paid for a friend to stay at your hotel during the time of a Dance Competition. One week before my friend arrived at the hotel, I asked Bradley to charge the room fees to my credit card. He sent me a credit card authorization form to complete and fax, and even though I was getting ready to leave for a convention, I made time and faxed the form a nearest Staples. I found this method quite archaic, I don’t understand why you don’t have a better system inlace for payment (Paypal, online, etc). I specifically asked Bradley on an email to confirm that everything went through without a problem, so I didn’t have to worry about it once I left for my convention. I never heard back from him, or anyone at Front Desk. It was not until after my guest had arrived that I received a call from the hotel telling me that the hotel was unable to process my payment, and I needed to provide the hotel with a different card. I was at work that day, and after much frustration and a lengthy explanations, Jazmine Crus was able to help me pay for the room. I requested to speak to a manager, I was told, the soonest would be the coming Monday. I am still waiting for the call, the apology and by now, some sort of compensation. I will wait a couple of weeks for you to contact me about this unresolved matter before I write a letter of complaint to the hotel executives and the head of our dance community.
