Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 250.860.6060 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancelation policy?
Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
