The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Kelowna International Airport (YLW) via HWY 97. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.

Take a dip in our seasonal heated outdoor pool, which is open in the spring through fall. Please contact our front desk at reservations@coastcaprihotel.com or visit our hotel's amenities page for more information. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a hot tub.

There is plenty of secure, free parking around the hotel for cars, buses and there is also space for boat parking.

We recommend is to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.

No time for a sit-down meal? Grab an early morning cup of gourmet coffee and a pastry from Coffeecopia Gourmet Coffee Bar on your way out. Coffeecopia also features a variety of ‘grab and go’ items, including salads, sandwiches and fruits for your way out to explore Kelowna.

If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 250.860.6060 or email us reservations@coastcaprihotel.com to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

We accept the following cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.

Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
