Road Closure Notice: Please be advised that Sutherland Ave. will be closed from Gordon Drive to Capri Street for construction on the Sutherland Active Transportation Corridor (ATC) from June 24, 2024, through August 16, 2024.

Access to our hotel will be maintained throughout the construction period. For guests arriving at our hotel, please note that no vehicle traffic will be permitted through Sutherland Ave. and there will be no street parking for the duration of the construction project. The sidewalks along Sutherland Ave. will remain open. However, transit stops in this block will be temporarily closed. If you are driving, please follow vehicle signage, keep a safe distance from equipment, and allow an additional ten minutes of travel time.
