Awesome Pool, waterslide and hot tub for families.

We are so glad to have found this hotel! Very convenient location near airport. Restaurant right in hotel, breakfast complementary from Montana’s. Pool is warm and our kids loved the waterslide and excited they also got to enjoy the hot tub. Very welcoming hotel. We will be back!

Terrible stay

Used to enjoy staying here but since coast took over it’s terrible. Bathroom doors dont lock, had to walk to hotel for room service- order inaccurate and melted on arrival, yappy dogs – complained over 8 times over 3 days maids could hear them and did nothing about it. Screaming kids down water slide can be heard all over hotel. Loud people drinking in hot tub. Bar now has montanas menu. Montanas staff complaining about jobs loud enough everyone can hear. 20% off coupon didnt work for breakfast menu because they dont trust servers with discount card. Maids vaccum hallways at 730pm and ram the vaccum head off your door. Not a relaxing stay at all!

Some good some bad

The hotel lobby and swimming area and main entrance etc has clearly been refurbished to look nice and it does. The rooms are a bit dated but ok. Location is good for nisku obviously lots would use for airport so it’s good. The Montana’s is the slowest service I have ever had thought maybe the first night was just an off night so we did give it another chance…. was even slower the next night. One of the worst I have ever had to be honest at a restaurant. Not one person in our group had a good experience at the restaurant or with the service in the lounge…. they weren’t under staffed that we could see, just ineffective. The free breakfast is interesting as you actually order from the servers, every morning the coffee was constantly out, and wait for more to come, perhaps just overwhelming for them
Having so many people at the hotel on the days we were there as it was very busy. The food was good, just slow service.

When the airline lets you down

On a recent trip to Vancouver we were to have arrived home at noon rather than the 3:30 AM arrival that made driving home two hours away very undesirable.Having phoned ahead to reserve, there was someone on the desk waiting for us and ready to be most helpful.
