What are the check-in and check-out times?
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from Edmonton International Airport (YEG). Get directions from the airport to our hotel.
What if I find a lower price online, will Coast Hotels match it?
If you find a better rate online, Coast Hotels will not only match the price but will take an additional 10% off the room reservation backed by our Best Rate Promise. See full Terms & Conditions to submit a claim.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?
If you’re traveling with the whole family, the kids will love our indoor swimming pool that features a 120-foot slide. And for the adults, relax in our hot tub while the kids play! Open daily year-round from 9am to 10pm. Visit our hotel's services and amenities page for more information.
Does the hotel have onsite parking?
Guests staying at our hotel enjoy the added benefit of free parking for the duration of their stay. You can also leave your car and worries behind with our long-term airport parking lot, surcharges apply.
Can I modify my reservation?
We recommend to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.
Do you have any last-minute hotel deals?

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and playpens to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 780.955.7744 or email us at guestservices@coastniskuinn.com to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee for cots per day/room. The playpens is free of charge.

What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our flexible cancellation policy allows for reservations to be cancelled up to, but not after, 6pm local hotel time on day of arrival to avoid penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
