Nisku Ballroom
The largest event space in our hotel, the Nisku Ballroom offers classic style and elegance for medium to large gatherings. It accommodates up to 668 guests in a theatre-style layout, and can be divided into two separate rooms if needed.
Leduc
This Leduc meeting and event space features a raised built-in platform and convenient access to the lobby. It accommodates up to 120 guests in a theatre-style layout.
Beaumont Ballroom
The Beaumont Ballroom is situated across the Bedrock River in our atrium, housed in a modern industrial building featuring timber accents, brick and tile walls, and wood flooring. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests in a theatre-style layout and can be divided into two separate spaces if needed.
Solarium A
Solarium A is a bright, flexible event space with stylish décor, ideal for corporate gatherings and mid-sized celebrations. It accommodates up to 80 guests with round tables and can be combined with Solarium B for additional capacity.
Solarium B
Solarium B offers a contemporary, inviting setting suited for meetings, receptions and mid-sized events. It accommodates up to 80 guests with round tables and can be paired with Solarium A to create a larger combined venue.
Devon
The Devon room is a flexible space ideal for breakout meetings, boardroom sessions and small classroom-style gatherings. It accommodates up to 60 guests in a theatre-style setup.
Millet
The Millet room is a flexible venue suited for breakout meetings, boardroom sessions and small classroom-style gatherings. It accommodates up to 60 guests in a theatre-style setup.
