How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The area is served by two airports, Fort St. John, BC, is home to North Peace Regional Airport (YXJ), approximately a 2-hour and 30-minute drive away and Grande Prairie Airport (CYQU) which is situated in Alberta, about a 2-hour drive from our hotel.

Enjoy hiking, mountain biking or cross-country skiing than Peace River Wilderness Park is a perfect spot for you to explore with stunning scenery and abundant wildlife around two man-made crystal-clear lakes with fantastic fishing.
We stayed here in the king suite with a kitchenet. Full size fridge and stove. Very comfortable and bed was great. Staff are phenomenal and very helpful. The pool and waterslide were fun. The rooms are quiet and you do not hear other doors being opened or closed or people in the hallways. There is a electric fireplace located in the rooms too. Would stay there again if we are ever back up in the Grimshaw , Peace River area.

I have been working in the peace area for years, and always stay at the Grimshaw Pomeroy. Rooms are great. With a living room it seems more like home. My favorite part of staying here is definitely the staff. Over the years they have become like family. Great way to start and end the day with a smiling face and friendly conversation. Thanks to the staff.

Love This Place!
This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. It is like a home away from home. The rooms are like a little condo with a kitchen and separate bedroom. It is always very clean and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We will be back.
