What are the check-in and check-out times?
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The area is served by two airports, Fort St. John, BC, is home to North Peace Regional Airport (YXJ), approximately a 2-hour and 30-minute drive away and Grande Prairie Airport (CYQU) which is situated in Alberta, about a 2-hour drive from our hotel.
What if I find a lower price online, will Coast Hotels match it?

Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?

Does the hotel have onsite parking?
We provide free open-air parking for all our guests around the hotel. Additionally, during chilly winter nights, powered parking stalls are available at no extra cost.
Can I modify my reservation?
We recommend to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.
Do you have any last-minute hotel deals?

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Coast Grimshaw Hotel & Suites. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

Our 24-hour fitness centre is accessible daily and offers an exercise bike, a treadmill, an elliptical, a stair climber, a weight machine and free weights.
Does the hotel have an onsite restaurant?
We don't have a hotel restaurant, Our daily to-go breakfast is free for all of our guests, so you can charge up for the day ahead. Enjoy a cold continental breakfast and make your waffle station with syrup, whipped cream and strawberry toppings. Available daily.
If you're in the mood for dining out, our hotel is conveniently located within a short drive or walk to numerous excellent eateries. Feel free to drop by the front desk, and we'll gladly guide you to the best dining options nearby.
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
Our on-site laundry facilities cost $2 per wash and $2 per dry and are open 24 hours. Detergent and fabric softeners are available for purchase for $1 each at the front desk.
What type of room can I book?
Our hotel rooms are not just comfy, but also packed with great amenities! You'll enjoy snug triple-sheeted beds, free wi-fi, and a 42" flat-screen TV. Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby our hotel has a limited number of playpens to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 780.332.2000 or email us cgr_fd@coasthotels.com to see what is available before you arrive. Unfortunately, we do not have roll-away cots or cribs.
Does the hotel have event or meeting venues?

Additionally, we offer LCD projectors, available for a fee per day. The versatile meeting room can be utilized as one large space or divided into two smaller rooms. What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancelation policy?
Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
