Easy, friendly and clean.
Great customer service. They offered a special deal on long term parking that saved me a bundle of cash. The rooms were clean with very little noise.
The shuttle service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Nice--good bang for your buck
So I wanted to be in the city of Seattle for my vacation; however, prices on hotels out there can be high for little bang. I opted to stay in Seatac (20ish minutes from Seattle). We found this hotel on another website, and it said it was like staying at a Double Tree hotel or Marriott. I can tell you it is nice, but not that nice. It is comfortable, the staff is nice, and it was more laid back. The rooms are a decent size, but the light to the bathroom is over the sink (outside of the bathroom). There isn’t a separate light fixture for the toilet/shower room, also no fan.
There is a very good a continental breakfast, shuttle to the airport, good restaurants near by, and really in the middle if you want to hike. There is a monorail station at the airport to take you downtown, so if you didn’t want to drive downtown, you could take the hotel shuttle, then take the monorail downtown (about one hour).
I would stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and in a great location next the SeaTac. Although close to the airport and monorail there was minimal noise. The breakfast was a very nice added bonus. The room as well laid out and came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.
Great stay before an early flight home
Very cute little hotel. The Pros- The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed was comfy, there is a restaurant that is literally in the parking lot, they have a continental breakfast in the morning, and if you wanted to walk to the airport, you could as it was pretty darn close. ( we only walked back after dropping off our car rental the night before. It was rainy and cold the next morning so we took the shuttle)
The cons – there was only one elevator working so you had to wait a little while for the one lonely working one as it sounded as if it was on its last leg as well. Luckily for us, we only needed it for luggage purposes and took the stairs after that. There is no light in the actual bathroom. You have to turn on a light by the sink which is outside of the bathroom in order to have light in the bathroom. It sucks because if the other person is sleeping, there is no way to hide the annoying light. There were very loud noises throughout the night. Once you get use to them, you can tune them out, but it was quite annoying at first.
All in all, it was not that bad. I would definitely stay here again considering there is a restaurant literally right in their parking lot, making it quite convenient to have dinner, drinks, and stumble on back to your room if needed.
Overnight for early morning flight
Can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel was. From the shuttle driver, front desk, housekeeping, all wonderful. Internet was fast, room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Being next to the airport was fun watching the planes, with minimal noise.
