Great location and good price for 1 to 2 nights
Great hotel for price. pretty decent breakfast served. Only thing to complain about was shower going from Hot to cold most of my shower. We walked around the lake thats near by and also the Pudget Sound. lots of places to eat and coffee close!!
Night on the town
rooms were clean. Front desk very friendly and helpful. close to many restaurants and clubs. Had a great continental breakfast includes with the very reasonable price. I would definitely stay again. Had a great veiw of the lake. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Wonderful staff always willing to help, exceptionally clean modern rooms with comfortable bed and bedding. The Hotel is located in the heart of downtown and central to everything. Morning complimentary breakfeast was delightful fresh and many selections. Vending machines on every floor for those late night snacks. Check in and Check out was simple and quick the staff were warm and welcoming.
A Sister's Retreat
My sister and I meet half way (me from Everett and her from Portland) Olympia is it. This is the second time we have stayed at the Governor and love the affordability, cleanliness, and quaintness of the location. We walked to local shops, browsed, made purchases, and found a wonderful Italian Restaurant. The Governor is a great venue for get-a-way weekend. ~ Angel

Convenient to the Capitol and good value
The Governor is located downtown, within walking distance of the Capitol. The combination of free parking and free buffet breakfast that includes eggs and waffles makes it a very good value for the money. There’s a Starbucks just across the street.
