If you wish to redeem your points for an item in our catalogue, please email Member Services at email@example.com. Before emailing, please ensure you have sufficient points for the items you wish to redeem. Please ensure the following details are including in your email:
- The item(s) for which you'd like to redeem points
- The quantity of the item for which you would like to redeem points
- For shippable items, please also include the shipping address to which you'd like your items delivered
