The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). You can also get to us by a 25-minute skytrain followed by a 10-minute walk. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.

Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Coast Coal Harbour Vancouver Hotel by APA. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 604.697.0202 or email us at to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

Our meeting rooms include the expansive Coal Harbour Ballroom, which offers magnificent views through colour-infused glass and can be divided into two separate venues for smaller gatherings. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.

Our flexible cancellation policy allows for reservations to be cancelled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
