Cancellations Policy: Must cancel 72 hours prior to first confirmed night of reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of one-night room and tax. Reduced Resort Fee of $21 per day will be charged at check-in. Guests booking more than six (6) nights and/or reserving more than one cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at time of booking; deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 59 days or less of confirmed date
