The Coast Discovery Inn in Campbell River features over 4500 square feet of banquet and meeting room space, all located on the main floor of the hotel.
The Quadra/Cortes Ballroom is located across from the main office with access to a photocopier and fax machine, can accommodate up to 150 guests and can be divided into two rooms allowing customization of space. This ballroom is rectangular in shape with no pillars so all guests enjoy an unobstructed view. The recessed lighting makes this room extremely well lit but you can control the ambiance with the dimmer switch.
Our experienced catering staff will be on-site during your function to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The Executive Chef offers a variety of menu selections to choose from.
The Vancouver Room is the largest of the four executive meeting rooms and functions as a classroom, boardroom, theatre, small reception room and more.
