Winter Solstice & Light Up

Celebrate the winter season under twinkling lights

Experience a memorable winter outing at the Winter Solstice & Light Up celebration at Riding 4 Life Ranch in Oliver. Enjoy the beauty of the season as twinkling lights illuminate the ranch's trail course, creating a festive setting for an evening with family and friends.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own horses to ride through the illuminated course or simply gather around the fire to relax, share stories, and enjoy warm drinks and seasonal treats. Whether you're taking part in the ride or enjoying the cozy atmosphere, it's a welcoming way to celebrate the winter season in the South Okanagan. Guests are asked to bring $20 if planning to ride, or a solstice treat to share. This event takes place on select dates: December 19–20 and 26–27, 2026, and January 1–2, 2027.
