Things to do in oliver, bc

Discover Okanagan Valley’s most unique attractions and events

Oliver, BC is known as the “Wine Capital of Canada”, so it’s no surprise that there are plenty of amazing wineries and vineyards to explore. But while wine is definitely the town’s main claim to fame, it’s not the only thing worth discovering here. As a guest at Coast Oliver Hotel, you have easy access to some of the Okanagan Valley’s most unique attractions. Check out the Oliver Museum, catch a performance at Frank Venables Theatre or fulfill your need for speed at the AREA 27 Track. Golfers will find over a dozen courses within a 30-kilometre radius of the hotel; hikers and cyclists can hop on the trail right behind our property. Those in the mood to soak up the sun can head to Rotary Beach, the only public beach on Tuc-El-Nuit Lake. Skiers and snowboarders are a short drive from Baldy Mountain Resort, too.

Depending on what time of year you’re visiting the Okanagan, there are countless events and things to do that’ll tickle your fancy; experience the fun of Half Corked Marathon Weekend, celebrate Canada Day or visit one of the many wine festivals held annually.
