How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The hotel is about a 35-minute drive from Edmonton International Airport (YEG). Get directions from the airport to our hotel.
What if I find a lower price online, will Coast Hotels match it?

Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?

Our hotel offers covered parking and includes full in and out privileges for a fee per night. There are two additional parking lots across the street as well.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel by APA. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 780.423.4811 or email us at cepfd@coasthotels.com to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.
Does the hotel have event or wedding venues?
Situated in the middle of the downtown district, our hotel's flexible venues include an expansive ballroom that can seat up to 500 theatre-style, as well as several smaller rooms for boardroom meetings, intimate seminars and breakout discussions. What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our flexible cancellation policy allows for reservations to be cancelled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
