Waimea town celebration

Waimea Town Celebration is Kauaʻi's largest and oldest festival held in the plantation town of another era — a place to discover the real Kauaʻi. This annual party celebrates the Hawaiian and multiethnic history of the town where Captain Cook first landed. Taking place the weekend after President’s Day, our proud history and tight-knit community unite for nine days of cultural and recreational events across the West Side of Kauaʻi.
