Cancellation Policy: First night room and tax will be charged at completion of booking. Balance of additional room nights and taxes will be collected at time of check-in. $30/day resort fee is waived for “Local Summer Waves Kama’aina Special”. Must cancel 7 days prior to confirmed night of reservation to avoid cancellation fee of one night room and tax. Guests booking more than 6 nights and/or reserving more than 1 cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at time of booking; deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 59 days or less of confirmed date.
