Must cancel 7 days (168 hours) before 3pm local hotel time on the day of check-in to avoid a cancellation fee of one-night room and tax. Must book two or more consecutive nights. Guests booking more than six (6) nights and/or reserving more than one (1) cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at the time of booking; the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 59 days or less of confirmed date. Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes. Rates are subject to availability. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. A $35 per day Resort Fee is waived with this special. Not to be combined with any other packages, promotions or group bookings. Must be booked and guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. In late December and early January every year, a special Holiday Terms & Conditions policy will be in place.
