Terms & Conditions
2-night minimum stay. Valid on new bookings only. Must cancel seven days (168 hours) before 3pm local hotel time on the day of check-in to avoid a penalty of the full reservation value. Guests booking more than six (6) nights and/or reserving more than one cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at the time of booking; the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 59 days or less of the confirmed date. Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes. Rates are subject to availability. A $35 per day Resort Fee is waived with this special. Not to be combined with any other packages, promotions, or group bookings. Must be booked and guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. Must present a current military or veteran ID at check-in to receive this special rate.
For reservations between December 18, 2024, and January 4, 2025, as well as December 19, 2025, and January 3, 2026, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. 50% payment is refundable if canceled prior to 61 days before check in. Full payment is non refundable if canceled within 60 days of check in.
