Valid on new bookings only. Must book two or more consecutive nights. Must cancel 7 days before the first confirmed night of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of one-night room and tax. A $35 per day Resort Fee will be charged at check-in. Special offer may only be available in select cottage categories. Guests booking more than six (6) nights and/or reserving more than one cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at the time of booking; the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 59 days or less of the confirmed date. In late December and early January every year, a special Holiday Terms & Conditions policy will be in place. The Cancellation & Pre-Payment Terms and Conditions may differ from what is shown here.
