Terms & Conditions
Must cancel 7 days before the first confirmed night of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of one-night room and tax. A $35 per day Resort Fee will be charged at check-in. Guests booking more than six (6) nights and/or reserving more than one cottage will be charged a deposit of 50% room and tax at the time of booking; the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 59 days or less of the confirmed date.
