Charged two nights accommodation for one
Should be closed in the summer, no outdoor pool or walking trails, far from town. Nothing with walking distance. Gloomy room with a communal balcony outside our bedroom. Lights flickered on and off in the bathroom. Glass sliding door if bathroom did not close completely. Originally booked for two nights but when we realized how isolated the place was we checked out. Hotel charged us for 2nd night, saying that is their policy. Easy way to collect an extra $300+!

Revelstoke is an up and coming town with great summer and winter activities. This is a lovely hotel a little outside the town so transport is required. Being up the hill means fantastic views of the mountains when dining or sitting with a drink on the terrace. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
So relaxing with hot tub on deck overlooking mountains. Quiet, restaurant has excellent food, beds super comfortable. Parking is very convenient, resort fits into the forest surroundings yet minutes away from Revelstoke. Would like to keep this resort a secret but the words out now!

Great service from hotel staff, very accomodating
Quiet location. Nice lobby, and great view if weather permits.
Front desk staff were very friendly, from check in, to check out!
My partner and I had to pop down and get a room during the middle of the night due to the folks snoring. Your Night Auditor gave us a great price for the rest of the night.
My partner left a fit bit in the room, and as we were already on our way to the Rockies, the staff were happy to mail it to our home address.
The only point of concern other than the rooms being a little tasteless, was upon checkout, I wasn’t informed of the outstanding debit credit I had owing back to me. This then had to be done at a later date to my partners credit card. Wasn’t fussed to much, seeing as though I totally forgot as well.
Would return, and recommend!

Beautiful location, rooms leave more to be desired
It’s a beautiful location in the Rocky Mountains. Nice views from the patio and hot tub. It’s close to town but still far enough that you feel like you have privacy. My partner and I went to Revelstoke to celebrate my birthday and have a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. It was dirty, the bathroom was grimy and we found hairs from other guests in the shower and on the toilet. The next room we were given was a little better but still grimy. The room seemed a little cramped and small for the high price. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. It would be a nice place to stay if the rooms were cleaned properly.
