As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet during my stay at the hotel, and I am aware of the base nightly pet fee of $25 plus applicable tax, excluding any additional surcharges.
I understand that the costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly. This includes flea treatment of the guest room or suite.
I acknowledge that any time my pet is in a public area of the hotel, the pet must be leashed or crated for the health, safety, and concern of all other hotel guests.
Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, fitness center, pool area, on the elevator or any other hotel level other than the first floor.
I acknowledge that for housekeepers to clean my room, my pet must either be removed or caged for the duration my room is being attended to. Failure to do this will result in the room not being cleaned.
I acknowledge that I will walk my pet to relieve it of bodily functions on the OUTER perimeter of the hotel property, away from the side of the buildings. I am responsible for cleaning up any refuse produced by my pet.
I acknowledge that barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviors will not be tolerated. If there is a problem, I may be asked to kennel my pet or leave the hotel.
