Things we love to do in osoyoos

Discover watersports, wine-tasting, museums and other attractions

Located in the southern Okanagan Valley, Osoyoos is known for its natural beauty. You’ll find desert, mountains and vineyards here – as well as Osoyoos Lake, the warmest lake in the country.

If you like getting outside, you’ll love it here. There are plenty of things to do, from watersports like kayaking on the Lake (ask us about rentals) to golf, hiking and skiing at Baldy Mountain Resort. If you’re in the mood to learn a little bit about your surroundings, visit the Osoyoos and District Museum and Archives or Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre. Of course, this being the Okanagan Valley, there are lots of opportunities for world-class wine tasting.

Depending on what time of year you visit, you can check out events including the Osoyoos Oyster Festival, the Canada Day Cherry Fiesta or the Okanagan Fall Wine Festival. Need additional inspiration? Ask a member of our team for suggestions or recommendations.
