The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) or a 1-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Get directions from YXX and YVR to our hotel.

We offer free parking to all guests of our hotel and convention centre.

We recommend to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.

Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

Stretch out in our spacious and modern accommodations, equipped with free wi-fi, mini fridges, work desks and flat-screen TVs. Select suites include kitchenettes, adding flexibility to your stay. If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 604.530.1500 or email us at hotel.frontdesk@gatewaycasinos.ca to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

Our hotel offers six versatile venues and 26,000 square feet of space for everything from small seminars to grand seated conferences. Seat up to 650 in theatre format in the Cascades Ballroom, our largest venue – which can also be divided into two different spaces. Or inspire your colleagues in the Bedford Room, which offers warm natural light.

Your wedding day deserves a truly special celebration and we’re dedicated to making it unforgettable. Raise a toast in the magnificent Cascades Ballroom, which showcases soaring, 18-foot ceilings and can seat 500 for a banquet. Smaller venues, including the light-filled Mackie Room, offer a picture-perfect setting for more intimate gatherings. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.

Our flexible cancellation policy allows for reservations to be cancelled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
