Excellent Review

Enjoyed our stay, Had a good night sleep, The venue was good Dinner by L A Kitchens was good, the only thing with so many people to serve our dinner was a little on the cool side but we understand with so many people to serve, it would be hard to have it hot when you got it, but it was still really good

Clean but not worth the cost

Our room may have had a king bed and a jacuzzi but it was much smaller than your normal sized hotel room and therefore was not worth what we paid. Also the hotel has been renovated since it was first built but they didn’t re-do the elevator for some reason.

Terrible customer service

I am a physician who came to lethbridge for a week to work at the hospital. My room is covered by the hospital. My room was clean and large. The room had no ceiling light fixtures aside from one by the door. The entire room has three small bedside lamps with ultra weak white lights lights. The room was very dim even when all lights are on. With the white lights, it felt like being in a warehouse. I politely asked on the first night for the white lights bulbs to be replaced by warmer and stronger lights, I was told that a message will be left with the maintenance manger. The next day, I came back from work, and was told that the maintenance manager said there is nothing they can do. All I was asking for was a light bulb, and he refused to change it. I went out to canadian tire and bought 4 bulbs for 8$, it took me 10 min. So why he couldn’t have done the same is beyond me. If this is a “business/conference center”, then maybe the least you could do is provide sufficient lighting for people to do their paper work. The pillows are not comfortable. The bed’s mattress is old and sagging in the middle.

Always a great stay

my husband and I stayed the evening as my company Christmas party was being held in the Grand Ballroom and we had a wonderful evening, it was great coming back to our nice and comfortable room. We stay every year!

Just okay

Compared to newer hotels in Lethbridge, The Coast (although clean, and nice looking) just doesn’t compare in regards to space and amenities. Many rooms seem crowded or improperly laid out, there is no breakfast, no complimentary coffee available in the lobby, etc. It’s an okay hotel. But it seems overpriced for what you get now.
