Nanaimo has two ferry terminals. Departure Bay operates ferries bound for Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver and Duke Point links Nanaimo to Tsawwassen, catering to both passengers and vehicles. Our hotel is conveniently situated about a 35 minute drive north on Island Hwy, the primary north–south route spanning from Nanaimo to Port Hardy on Vancouver Island.

Unfortunately, we do not have a swimming pool.

There is secure outdoor parking around the hotel for cars, buses, RVs, semi-trucks and trailers.

We recommend is to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.

We've got you covered with free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel!

Unfortunately, we do not have a gym or fitness centre.

We don't have a restaurant at our place, but in the summer, we've got a BBQ outside that you can use to make a yummy dinner or lunch while you're here. Our hotel is also close to some good places to eat. Just come to the front desk, and we'll tell you where to go.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not offer laundry services

Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms. We suggest that you contact us directly at 250.248.2334 and speak with the front desk team to see how we can accommodate booking two or more rooms beside or close together.

If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 250.248.2334 or email us to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have play pins.

Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancellation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
