Available to guests aged 55 and older, or members of AARP or CARP.
Cancellation and payment policies vary depending on the season of your stay.
- Summer Season (May to November): A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed two (2) days prior to arrival and automatically charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable two (2) days prior to arrival.
- Winter Season (December - April): A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival and automatically charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- Holiday Season (Late December to Early January): A deposit of one (1) night plus tax is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is processed 14 days prior to arrival, and will automatically be charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival.
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and availability. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Extra adult charges may apply. Cannot be combined with other packages, promotions or group bookings. Reservations must be booked and guaranteed with a valid credit card. Offer may not apply to select room types and may require a minimum number of consecutive nights. Guests must present proof of age (55+) or a valid AARP or CARP membership card at check-in.
