Our cancellation and payment policies vary based on the season of your stay dates:
- Summer Season (May to November): A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed two (2) days prior to arrival and automatically charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable two (2) days prior to arrival.
- Winter Season (December - April): A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival and automatically charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- Holiday Season (Late December to Early January): A deposit of one (1) night plus tax is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is processed 14 days prior to arrival, and will automatically be charged to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival.
