Exceeded my expectations!!!!

From arrival to departure my stay here was wonderful.
The front desk staff is so accommodating . I was upgraded to a beautiful suite upon arrival
I will be back at this hotel on my next trip definitely!!!!

Very Pleased

Loved this Hotel, Very Clean, Friendly and close to everything! Plus had the old hotel, Safari Inn, next door! Pretty Cool! Could use their pool!! :) I would deifinitely go back again to stay at this resort!

Nice hotel, good location

We booked a junior suite for our anniversary. The room was set on an angle, which seemed to make it feel even roomier. Comfortable bed, nice sitting area and a very helpful staff that was great about printing off dinner recommendations for us. We were going to The Greek Theater that night and the close, easy access to the freeways made it an easy drive. The only “ding” I give it is for the carpet that was stained in several places around the hotel. Otherwise, we had a grea I t stay and would return.

Small hotel in a nice neighborhood

We stayed a week for our family vacation. The hills make a pretty backdrop. Nice walk-able neighborhood. There are plenty of very reasonably priced eats locally. Our daughter loved the pool access at the Safari Inn next door. Wish we stayed here last time we came. It was a great week.

Classic bait and switch. Run away from this hotel!

We booked a room at this hotel through Tingo – Trip Advisor’s service. We booked two queen beds and the reservation confirmation clearly reflected this. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the officious desk clerk that the only room they had available had one king bed. When we said we’d booked two queens, we were alternately told that it was because we booked the day before, that we must have made a mistake booking the room and that it was because we booked through a third party. Of course, she knew we had pre-paid and would lose our money if we moved elsewhere. Then she proceeded to tell us that the restaurant was open from 7am to 10 pm – although the hotel listing said it had 24 hr room service. My teenage son ended up spending the night on an awful cot. We would NEVER recommend this hotel.
