The hotel is about a 45-minute drive from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) via I-405 N. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.

Take a dip in our seasonal outdoor pool, which is open during the summer months. Please note that there is no hot tub available. Visit our hotel's services & amenities page for more information.

We have outdoor parking for only $15 per night, per room. Parking depends on how many spaces we have and spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.

Coast Hotels has many pet-friendly hotels including Hotel 116, a Coast Hotel. There is a pet fee per day/room and pets must always be kept on a leash or crated, in the public areas inside the hotel as well as around the exterior of our property. Pets should never be left unattended in your room.

Our fitness center includes a universal gym, a treadmill, a stationary bicycle and free weights and is open daily. Check our hotel's amenities page for the most up-to-date hours of operation.

Curb your cravings while in Bellevue at the Woods Cafe and The UNDRGRND, the signature dining destinations at Hotel 116, a Coast Hotel. Grab a cup of fresh-brewed coffee and a croissant at Woods Cafe, open every day from early until late. When evening hunger pangs strike, head to The UNDRGRND for creative, locally sourced cuisine in a relaxed ambiance.

Not in the mood to visit the restaurant? We offer room service, so you can chow down in the privacy of your room.

We provide valet laundry service every day from Monday to Saturday. If you drop off your clothes at the front desk by 9am, we can have them ready for you on the same day.

Relax, refresh and recharge in the well-designed rooms and suites. Settle into contemporary lodging with free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV and in-room coffee and tea. Many of our rooms offer picturesque city views and plush, oversized chairs, while all rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 425.455.9444 or email us at frontdesk@hotel116.com to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

We offer over 5,000 square feet of adaptable space for your next event in Bellevue. The versatile Forest Ballroom offers over 3,200 square feet of space and can be divided into smaller venues for breakout meetings or smaller events. Take care of business in the Executive Conference Room or book our Hemlock venue for heads-down work with no distractions. Learn more about our meeting rooms, and wedding spaces, all of which offer modern audiovisual technology and energizing catering and group block accommodations.

We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.

Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
