The only place to Stay in Williams
Enjoyable stay in Williams Lake. The Renos done to the place are nice. May need to upgrade again as the Renos were a few years ago now. The couch in my room could have used an update staff friendly and courteous
First trip north 2019
This hotel is in a convenient location. Short drive into town. Boston Pizza on site. Nice to have a bar fridge which still has a small freezer to refreeze our cold packs. The Shaw remote for the TV needs to be replaced, buttons didn’t work very well. Otherwise room was updated, clean and comfortable all toiletries provided.

Average but needs updating
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years. It has slowly started to deteriorate and is in desperate need of a reno. The beds are comfortable at least and the staff is nice. Kelly the manager has been there for years and is very nice. The carpets are disgusting and are probably original. The rooms are very dated and need updating ASAP.
another great stay
clean room, friendly and efficient front desk staff, lovely breakfast. Housekeeping staff was friendly as well although my interaction with them was just seeing them in the hallway. They always greeted me with a hello.
Grotty, smelly, noisy and soul-less. Add to that an internet connection from 1998 and staff who clearly flunked out of McDonalds. What hole did you crawl out of to rate this hotel above anything more than gross? There’s not much choice in Williams Lake (a park bench?) and Coast Hotels knows it and this disgusting excuse for a Bates motel illustrates the point graphically. Motto: why try when you don’t have to?
