Convenient and romantic

The hotel overlooks a small marina just around Laurel Point from the busy inner harbour area. Easy access to the seawall footpath makes for a convenient and delightful stroll to the heart of the marina, and beyond. We walked around to the opposite side to enjoy dinner from the patio at The Spinnaker. Our ninth floor room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet—especially from 7pm-7am when the seaplanes are not allowed to operate. There is comfortable outside seating available for relaxing by the propane fireplace.

ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS HOTEL RIGHT ON THE WATERFRONT!!

We were absolutely blown away with this lovely hotel!! We were surprised to receive the “Guest of the Day Award” which entitled us to an upgrade to a Premium Waterfront corner room on the top (10th) floor with a great wrap around deck in which to sip our Cab and enjoy the activity of the busy Victoria harbour. We also received a $20 voucher to be used in their fabulous in-house restaurant called “Blue Crab”. Great menus and lots of tasty local dishes to choose from as well as a great wine list. We used their shuttle service to go to and from the downtown area which was so efficient and their driver Kevin was entertaining and a sheer delight. This stay was a 10 out of 10 even without the special perks it’s the hotel that should be on the top of your list when you visit scenic Victoria.

European feel in North America

While visiting Victoria this is a must watch place. Lot of historical building, BC parliament building, very old historical museum and lot of pubs. We drove around the city and took horse carriage ride. People are friendly and also visited Dallas Blvd. I can visit again.

Beautiful Setting Close to Attractions

Great place to stay when you are visiting Victoria! The hotel is clean modern and has it’s own marina. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a shuttle available to take you to downtown or to various venues at no charge.

The rooms are clean and beautifully kept. Added extras like full sized bath products, fridge, coffee maker (with both decent coffee & tea available), and a tea kettle too! The public areas also show little welcoming touches that add to the ambiance. The marina view is spectacular at any time of day or night.

Close to Fisherman’s wharf or a short lovely walk to the Parliament buildings, the Empress and the touristy areas.
