Great people!

Nice hotel that was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities, but what impressed me the most was the people. From the second we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted with smiling, friendly people who were very helpful and gave us some great information about the area, including a map. The hotel is within walking distance of several parks, restaurants and stores for last minute items. Stayed one night pre-cruise.

Fantastic hotel

The Coast Coal Harbour is in a fantastic location for seeing the sites in downtown Vancouver.stanley park is about a 20 min stroll along the sea front, the city centre shopping is about a 25 min walk and Gas town is about a 30 min walk.
The hotel is clean and modern and service is very good.
The hotel is located near the sea front and close some really good restaurants.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Vancouver.

The room was clean, facilities in my room were in good maintaining. The servers in service desk were nice and responsible. The location of your hotel is very good for taking a walk on the seaside road.

Very convenient for cruise customers

Within easy walking distance from the Canada Place Cruise Terminal. With luggage it’s a short taxi ride ($8 to $10) from the terminal. Lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Pleasant walks can be taken to Stanley Park or Canada Place and the Float Plane Centre along the sea wall, easily accessed from the hotel

Great location...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April. On arriving we were upgraded to a waterfront view on the 15th floor – a really nice surprise! The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite and were keen to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was well serviced and the breakfast very good, with plenty of choice. Trevor in the restaurant deserves a special mention – helping us to decide on hiring bicycles, then pointing us in the direction of a company offering a discount to hotel residents. He remembered us the day after and asked how we had got on. It’s a short walk to the walkway around the waterfront and not too far to walk from the station. We caught a train from the airport and managed to pull 2 bags each to the hotel.
