Good Location Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights before getting our cruise ship, and while the hotel was pleasant enough, it didn’t wow you.
Yes it was comfortable, the staff were helpful, the room was ok, the beds were NOT very comfy and as breakfast wasn’t included in our package we didn’t eat here.
The pool was a lot smaller than we expected and completely overlooked by the office blocks surrounding the building, needles to say we didn’t use it.
We did get very fed up with being constantly asked by security staff on the floors we were staying on “are you with FIFA?” and ” what are you doing on this floor as the general public are not allowed up here?!” It was very annoying as we had been allocated rooms on the said floors, and yes we do accept that with football teams staying at the hotel security is a must, but it did get very tiresome.
This hotel’s location was very good and within walking distance for so many things to see, or just to stroll down to the harbour and take in the wonderful views and people watch.
Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, also everywhere was very clean so no complaints there. We did ask for a kettle in the room which was provided as we don’t like using the coffee machines.
Clean, Simple and Safe
First time to Vancouver and this was a great, safe spot in the city. Nice simple, clean rooms. Coffee maker in room is a plus. Would of been nice to have a little fridge but it worked out great. We would stay here again.
Would stay here again
Hotels location was excellent. Walking to Stanley Park, Gastown, Canada Place very convenient. The seawall is just 1 block away. We had a great view room to the harbor and stanley park. Very well run hotel. Clean, quiet, great beds. I will mention the shower only because seem like often hotels have terrible water pressure. This shower was fabulous, a big plus in my books.
Very well located hotel in down town area of VANCOUVER
This is a very friendly hotel well located from the ferries terminal and very central from some of the best restaurants in Vancouver. If you have the right room you can watch the harbor from the room or go for a nice relaxing walk. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff was very friendly and helped in organising the restaurants with suggestions and also getting the right type of cabs for a handicap person in our group.Rooms on higher floors facing the harbor are good.
Stayed at this hotel end of June!
Booked through Priceline, so I got it at a huge savings.
What a score!
Very friendly helpful staff!
I would go back in a heartbeat and pay full price!
It’s that good!😘
