Island one night getaway

Was not impressed by this hotel the price and service were poor and considering it was one night to come for a concert and pay ferry cost this was not worth it and I would not reccomend this hotel nor stay again here

All good

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The Location is near the Canada Place. The breakfast was good at the Restaurant. The rooms and the bathroom are clean and confortable. WLAN is fast and always at the Hotel available.

Average but will do the trick

The location is great, as your close to the harbour, shops, and many restaurants. The hotel its self is okay, the walls are so thin my husband and I were awoken many times by people down the hall(not even next door to us). I didn’t like that they have refillable shampoo and soap, I appreciate knowing what I’m using and prefer the little soaps you find at most hotels. Maria is extremely nice at the front desk, she was so helpful in showing us the map of Vancouver and fun things to check out. Overall okay! Request room 1516 if you choose to stay here.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Lovely hotel in a great location. Spacious room with floor to ceiling windows. Bed v comfy. Bathroom equipped with lovely products. We stayed whilst the Women’s World Cup was on and whilst the hotel was full with the teams, this did not detract from the service we received. We did have to move to accommodate a team’s request, however the hotel made this very easy for us and refunded the cost of a night without us even complaining about the move. If you are looking for a good place for breakfast, exit on W Pender Street and go to Smak- was a great start to the day!

Beautiful hotel and great location!

Unfortunately we only had one night in Vancouver at the end of our road trip but it was a beautiful hotel to end our trip in. We had a lovely room on the 17th floor, unfortunately with 2 queen beds rather than a king but we didn’t attempt to change rooms seeing as we were only staying one night.Although we had a side view of the Harbour, the floor to ceiling windows did provide us with a lovely view of the city!
The valet parking, check in and check out service were all very efficient and we were made to feel very welcome.
The outdoor pool on the 5th floor was amazing and we were lucky enough to get the place to ourselves the night we were there.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, super close to Robson sheet for some retail therapy and equally close to the waterfront.
I’d happily stay again but for longer next time!
