Great hotel and location
Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and all the facilities the hotel had to offer.
Arrived very early but really just to drop luggage off before heading out sightseeing. Was pouring rain and whilst I had my own umbrella the concierge offered me a larger one.
Room was well appointed, bed extremely comfortable and good pillows. Large fluffy towels and nice bathroom. Loved the heated toilet seat, bit quirky and interesting.
Hotel in great location and within easy walking distance of restaurants and attractions.
Highly recommend and will definately stay again when I visit later inthe year.
Over night for a concert
Location was excellent, offering walking to Stanley Park, bike rental, restaurants, and Rogers Arena. Very nice hot tub. The room was spacious. Parking is spend -$40 for valet parking, which was the only alternative offered.

Great location and great service.
When I checked in there was a problem with type of room that was booked (my error). The desk staff was great and helped fixed the problem and even upgraded the room to make it work (and the room had a great view). Part of the trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They left a piece of cake in our room to help celebrate and the desk staff remembered to wish him a happy birthday.
Location is excellent. Great jumping of point to tour Vancouver. Value is also excellent.

Stayed at the Coast Coal Harbour while attending a conference in Vancouver. The location in the middle of downtown, close to the convention centre, restaurants, and transportation hubs is definitively a plus.
The hotel is sparkly clean and all common areas shine. Same for the rooms with the added bonus of a large array of amenities you will not find in other hotels like sleepers and a heated toilet seat.
The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are better than the average hotel variety.
Free and great wireless internet complement the almost perfect stay. Why almost perfect? I had an incident I had never had in my life. As I checked in and went to my assigned room, opened the door, surprise! another unsuspected guest was already there. Thankfully the situation was not embarrassing but definitively something you don’t expect to happen in a property of this caliber. I was given another room right away but the first impression was not the best.
We had a room on the 19th floor. The views across the harbour were magnificent ! Our beds were fabulous, very comfortable and the rooms impeccably clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and full of information on the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The hotel is close to all shopping and Canada Place, the seafront and lovely walks. Loved this hotel, and can’t wait to return.
