We stayed here this time on reward points and so didn’t expect we’d get the same level of service or room we usually do. We were so impressed that we were treated the same great way, had a beautiful room, and exceptional service that the Coast is famous for. The rooms are immaculately clean. We love the coffeemaker with Starbucks coffee and Tzao tea. The location is quiet. All the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. This is why we continue to return to the Coast Coal Harbour again and again.

GReat location

This hotel is in a great location with a friendly and efficient staff. I was there for business and the facilities were great for this but it would be a great place for a vacation spot. Always something to do and see. Located near the water, a short walk would get you to beautiful scenery and Stanley Park is very close.

Best birthday celebration ever!

Staff, service and food were great.Loved that they were dog friendly! It was clean. The big windows helped with the lack of lighting issues in most hotels. 15th floor, we had a beautiful view. Loved the valet service!

Japanese Toilets to Die For!

Aside from being a great hotel in a great location – we were treated to a state of the art Japanese toilet in our room which we found a real kick being as we were embarking on a trans -pacific cruise to Japan. We were prepared when we got to Japan!

Great hotel, great location

This is an ideally situated hotel for all the main attractions. We went everywhere on foot as it enjoys such a good location. The hotel itself offers well-appointed bedrooms with large bathrooms (and ‘novelty’ loo seats!) and lovely toiletries. The restaurant/bar serves tasty breakfasts with some interesting healthy options and there is a happy hour menu after 9 for reasonably priced drinks and snacks. A real bonus for us was the open-air jacuzzi which was a perfect way to relax our tired legs. Very friendly, helpful staff too. Highly recommended.
