Although this hotel is showing its age, it is still a nice place to stay. The rooms need some updating but otherwise were clean and comfortable.
This hotel does not offer a free breakfast but there is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel which is very good.
The rates are very reasonable.

Poorly maintained and not very clean
Our room seemed to have been cleaned months prior to our arrival and not occupied since as there were cobwebs and spider webs in multiple corners of the room. Generally dingy and unmaintained rooms and property. The door to our exterior entry room did not fully close on its own and only realized this after leaving the room for a full day with the door slightly open. We would have thought that cleaning staff would have found this odd and taken it upon themselves to close the door- but that obviously didn’t happen.
Convienant and nice
This hotel was close to the venue we were going to. The room was nice, there was lots of room for four adults. The bed was comfy, we were on the 3rd floor and it did get a bit warm in the room, even when we turned the heat down. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, which was disappointing for me. Over all we were quite happy with this hotel and will book it again.
Comfortable and convenient
The location of the hotel is a quick trip from the Penticton airport, coffee shops, stores and restaurants are also nearby. The room was comfortable with an updated modern decor, it was quiet inside of the room, the washroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries.
Good Enough for One Night
I was in Penticton for one night and decided to stay at the Coast Penticton Hotel. I don’t know why but this hotel reminded me of a 1970s horror movie. Perhaps it was because we drove in at night and the parking area wasn’t very well lit. My room was pretty bare bone and the bathroom had a peculiar step-up. Also, there was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. I thanked the stars that I only stayed one night.
