We stayed on the 3rd floor just above the reception. very quite, wii fii is good. TV has to be constantly manually turned on for some reason to get the right channel. other than that, it was awesome! our hotel room had a balcony but we never used it because it was cold the weekend we were there.

Not great. Old hotel. Not inviting. Renos done in rooms – nowhere else. Good location. Front desk pleasant. Did not go to restaurant – only open for lunch. Security questionable as windows in room were not locked.

Coast Hotel Penticton- Avoid!!
Staff could not get much right and it was like it was a huge effort for them to do anything. Pre-booked room- upon arrival told it was dirty and not available- given alternate room without much explanation. Extended stay to three nights total due to lack of other available hotels. Every dealing with the front desk was an adventure- they just don’t care.
Had a king size bed and comfortable, No microwave, And our room where on bottom and there is one step up to bathroom. My dad tripped at night and he had the bathroom light on, but not very good for the elderly to have the bottom rooms if they all have the step.
A gem in Penticton
I would definitely recommend Coast Penticton – close to downtown and easy to get to and great staff. Newer rooms are in very good condition, clean and has great amenities including a high speed Internet that actually works!
