Perfectly good room at a reasonable price
They obviously bought an old run-down motel and renovated the rooms which are very nice and comfortable. The outside of the property still looks pretty old but that’s not a big deal. I would stay here again.

It is a old hotel . They gave it a minor renovation with paint and new furniture but it is still a old hotel . The only thing it has going for it is it is clean and the bed is comfortable
We have stayed in many Coast hotels and this one is not the typical Coast hotel .
Quiet and Comfortable
This hotel is quiet and my room was comfortable, however, the room had not been properly cleaned (the last guests soap was still in the tub) and the exterior door wasn’t sealed effectively so there were some extra visitors sharing bathroom space! There was a limited amount of in-room coffee and no tea.
I stay at Coast Hotels where available as I usually find a clean, quiet and comfortable stay with friendly staff is guaranteed but I didn’t find this location met that standard.

Will stay here again
We’re a couple with a 6 month old baby, and this hotel was perfect for us. We got a king room, and were given one on the ground floor so it was really easy to pack in all of our stuff because we could park right in front. The staff had set up a play pen for our little one for free, so that was lovely. Bed was big and comfy. There’s no breakfast, but there is a shopping area 2 blocks away with Starbucks, Cob’s bread, Tim’s, and a grocery store, so we enjoyed a quick walk over for coffee and food in the morning. Room has a fridge but no microwave. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
Clean rooms and friendly staff
I stayed a few nights here for some business in Penticton. The room was well maintained, clean and large. Furnishings and bedding in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there are two breakfast restaurants close. The downside of this property is its very quirky layout, and dingy halls. I had second thoughts walking to my room, but once inside, it was great. Some attention to the hallways is warranted, but there is little to be done about the floor layouts. I would stay here again.
