Spent nearly 1.5 months at this hotel
After living at this hotel for nearly 2 months, as part of business travel, I can still say it was a very positive experience. Staff were very attentive, always present at the front desk, and very helpful. Clean and comfortable, would recommend for anyone on business or casual travel.
Upon checking in, it was late and we were tired. We get into the room and lay down to sleep right away. A call woke me saying that they put me in a room that wasn’t ready yet and I told the front desk that it seemed fine to me. When I woke up I swung my feet to the side of the bed and stepped right into a huge blood spot on the carpet. When telling the front desk about this during check out, they assured me that it was a red wine stain. I actually frequently drink red wine and I know what it looks like in carpet. This was NOT red wine. I find it insulting that their staff thought to lie to me about the mess to try and cover their butts. How disgusting.
Be careful when extending your stay.
I stayed here for two nights and had a set amount to pay. I needed to add an additional night and was charged 30% more for the third night. I was not warned that staying longer meant my rate would increase. Strangely enough, their sign says pay less when you stay longer. This is very contradictory information. If anything I should have been charged the same amount. I guess I should have asked although who would think the rate would go up! All amenities were closed (pool, hotel, etc) I did not use housekeeping yet they charged me more for a longer stay. Be careful!!
Not enjoyable at all!
Not enjoyable at all! Night staff was kinda rude. Had to wait an hour for someone to come fix our toilet. We were not told of teams staying there. As we arrived ed on our floor ppl were drinking in the halls kids were calling our room and knocking through out the night. It wasnt a enjoyable stay.
Not great at all
Was not great. Check out was a disaster. Front desk tried to double charge us. Treated us terrible like we were dishonest people and front desk had no proper records that we had paid our full rooms when we checked in.
