Coast Gateway Hotel
Nice hotel close to sea tac
This is a nice limited service hotel. Close to sea tac and has a great casual restaurant in the parking lot. Room was clean and basic, but everything worked and had no problems. Staff was helpful and easy to work with when I had to extend my stay one extra day.
Airlines messed up
Alaska airlines was late getting in to texas ( 4 hrs.) they couldn’t get us a flight out of Seattle, so they set us up in the hotel and the hotel put us by the airplanes. So we spent the night listening to flights in and out of Seattle all night. Thank u hotel for adding to the stress.
Older hotel but still above average
Not a bad hotel for Sea-Tac area, staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean but tired looking. There was a coffee service, fridge and microwave in our twin bed room (no other choices at the time for non-smoking rooms).
The restaurant Rounders(?) was very nice and had good food. This is a good hotel for waiting on flight out to wherever not a destination hotel. It’s right by the Delta terminal but was surprisingly quiet. Will overnight here again if in the Seattle area.

poor customer service
We phoned for the shuttle at the airport, waited a half our, phoned again…the phone rang 23 times before someone picked up, finally got a shuttle from the airport to hotel 52 minutes later. The lady at the desk did not apologize and basically called me a liar that the phone rang 23 times before she picked up. The shuttle driver said he was never notified and that one person at the desk went to dinner while the other person who is a smoker probably sneaked outside for a smoke and thus the 23 rings and 45 minute wait for the shuttle.

Convenience Flying in and Out of SEATAC
I have been staying at this hotel since the mid nineties whenever I have a morning departure or very late arrival at SEATAC airport. Good values with park stay and fly options. Shuttle is excellent to or from the airport. Staff is always courteous, rooms clean and quiet.
