Coast Gateway Hotel
better value elsewhere
Hotel just ok , it’s a bit tired and needs updating, by being so close to airport is a bit noisy as well.
Their park and fly deal is a bit cumbersome. Walley park is literally next door yet they use masterpark C lot who are great, but they are about a mile away -seems a bit ludicrous as they have to bus you from the lot.
Front desk on checkin a bit preoccupied in training a new employee and not what one one call focused on customer . Could be a whole lot better. Breakfast ok. But very basic.
We would not use again.
Great location ,fabulous bed.
After a 6 hour flight from Ft. Lauderdale we arrived at Sea Tac at 10 .20 p.m. feeling pretty travel weary. We phoned for the shuttle and were picked up in just a few minutes. Check-in was quick and friendly. The hotel is barely two minutes from the airport and we were in bed by 11 p.m.. A super- comfy king size bed made for a good nights sleep and with a good continental breakfast we were ready and rested for the last leg of our journey home to Kelowna B.C. Friendly staff, clean spacious room , great bed and a good breakfast what more could you want. Would stay again in a minute.
Decent value, clean and convenient
Not sure how I ended up at this hotel but I would stay here again. The price was right.
It is very close to the SeaTac auto rental center and close to I5. Lots of food choices nearby. The front desk staff was helpful with restaurant options. The room and bathroom were both clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable (springy springs) and the HVAC unit was very noisy. The free breakfast was decent but nothing special – make your own waffle, some muffins, various breads, yogurt, cold cereal and coffee. Adequate parking.
Great overnight stay
The hotel was conveniently located next to the airport. We could literally see our gate from the room. It was perfect for our ten hour layover and much needed sleep. Our flight was late arriving into Seattle but we had no problem getting a shuttle to the hotel. The folks were friendly and the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and well stocked. They also had a very nice continental breakfast, complete with make your own waffles!

OK hotel, clean rooms
Hotel was fine, we stayed overnight. A big drawback is that when you book via third party, they don’t give you king bed or two doubles. We had to pay extra $10 for king (they asked 20 for two doubles). So KNOW it before you go! Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows. We got a good night rest. There were some minor issues, like bathroom door was weird and its lock didn’t work, there were other minor things here and there, but nothing serious. I would say it is more like a 2 star hotel rather than 3. Breakfast was good: cereal, muffins, home made waffles, eggs, fruit. There were some restaurants in the nearby area including Denny’s.
