The Coast Discovery Inn in Campbell River features over 4500 square feet of banquet and meeting room space, all located on the main floor of the hotel. There are three small Executive Boardrooms, in additional to The Vancouver Room, and The QuadraCortes Ballroom which can accommodate up to 150 guests. Located across from the main office with access to a photocopier and fax machine, the ballroom can be divided into two rooms allowing customization of space. The room is rectangular with no pillars so all guests enjoy an unobstructed view. The pot lighting makes this room extremely well lit but the ambiance can be controlled with the dimmer switch.

Off Site Catering

Our Catering Department has expanded to include Off-Site Catering Services . The Coast Catering Teams’ outstanding service and quality extends to any Campbell River location of your choice. Be it big or small, our Team will provide you with the same attention to detail our customers have come to expect from us at the hotel. For those last minute business meetings, our SAME DAY FAX A LUNCH program is ideal. Fax us by 10:00am and we deliver by noon – Same Day.
