The Pines Restaurant
The Pines of Coast Pyramid Lake Resort has captured the extreme beauty and tranquility of its spectacular location with an ambiance and décor reflecting the areas natural woods and stones. The centerpiece of the restaurant, a river rock fireplace extends into a pine clad vaulted ceiling. Our elegant, 90 seat, fine dining experience features a unique view of Pyramid Lake and the majestic Canadian Rockies. Every table enjoys a panoramic view that exceeds your every expectation in a setting like no other.

The Pines award winning menus are available daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer an always delicious menu based on the wealth of ingredients from our plentiful country. Inspired by the surrounding natural beauty, you will be treated to the culinary skills of our talented Chef, and his professional team, who in their open kitchen, invite you to watch them prepare your meal.

For large groups The Pines Restaurant can accommodate up to 90 guests for catering.

The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday from 8 am to  9 pm.

The Pines at Coast Pyramid Lake Resort restaurant has been awarded a Gold Award for both their lunch and dinner menus from the Alberta Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA).
