The Pines Restaurant
The Pines Restaurant boasts an award winning menu and committed to serving innovative regional, sustainable menu choices with a focus on Alberta Game meats, poultry, beef and seafood that is part of the Ocean Wise sustainable seafood program. 

The restaurant features ambiance and décor reflecting the areas natural woods and stones with an impressive view of Pyramid Mountain and Lake making it one of Jasper's best vistas. Our elegant, 60 seat fine-dining experience is adorned with a river rock fireplace in the centre of the restaurant which extends into a pine clad vaulted ceiling. Every table enjoys a panoramic view that exceeds your every expectation in a setting like no other.

The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 9pm.

The Pines at Coast Pyramid Lake Resort restaurant has been awarded a Gold Award for both their lunch and dinner menus from the Alberta Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA).
