Coast Coal Harbour Hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights and received an upgrade without asking for it. Great location in Vancouver, just a couple of blocks away from the water, convention centre and shopping areas. The room itself was huge with modern amenities, a super comfortable king sized bed and a nice bathtub/shower. The food for room service was average and I wouldn’t recommend the on-site restaurant. Check out was extremely efficient.

Sydney to Coast Coal Harbour
We were provided with an early check in which was greatly appreciated following a 14 hr flight from Sydney. Room was excellently presented. Not to fancy but appealing. Baby crib which was provided to us after check in was clean and in a “as new” condition. Spa is outdoors which is nice. Great experience for reasonable price.

went for surgery
My husband took me for surgery stayed at the hotel, for a week. The best staff and bell hops. We were treated excellent in every way. The staff and house keepers were always there to help us in anyway we needed it. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and very quiet to stay in. I needed to have some pureed soup for my meals and the front desk staff went out of their way to get the cook in the resterant to make me the best pureed tomato kale soup thank you front end staff and the cook;] Thank you staff for the excellant service, great room and everything else, would stay there again with no problem. Great location
I have stayed in 4 other hotels in Vancouver in the last 5 months and Coast was by far the better Hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I will make this my place to stay for my next visit. They treat to nice and were a pleasure to deal with.
Problem with noise and light coming under the door from adjoining room
I was awakened early in the morning when the lady in the adjoining room started a conference call. I was surprised that I could hear her so plainly. She was not talking loud or yelling but I could hear every word she said. Then when I looked, I could see light coming from under the door that goes between two adjoining rooms. There should be no noise and light coming from under the adjoining room door! With a door sill and proper door sweep, this problem could be eliminated. My stay was good right up until 6:00am when her conference call started in the room next to me. I will choose not to stay here again so that I can avoid that risk of getting in one of their rooms with adjoining doors!
