Stayed in the suite – bedroom with a queen bed and “living” area also with a queen bed. Both beds were great. The suite does need to be updated as tub had signs of wear and tear. Noisy air conditioner but could open the window. Had to keep the door to the bedroom open to allow cool air in so somewhat defeats the purpose of the suite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Choice of indoor or outdoor pool and one of the best jetted hot tubs I have ever been in. Great and very quiet location. The king bed rooms were updated and so if they do for the suites, this could easily be one of the best places to stay in Penticton.

Boyfriend and I wanted to stay for a night and came with a budget (around $180). We ended up settling on a room for $140, but was then upgraded and discounted! We were so happy with our room. We slept like logs and getting out of bed in the morning was very difficult! The breakfast at the hotel was awesome too and well worth the price. Jackie at the front desk was exceptional. We will definitely return!
lousy parking, we had trouble finding a way to get to our room finally asked clerk and he forgot to tell us that door off lobby led to stairs and elevator. I have a profound hearing loss and could not get close caption on TV clerk came up and couldnt get it too work either, no plug for sink, key card would not work half of the time.
First time visit
Very pleased with upgrades of hotel. Comfortable beds but bring your own pillow. Temperatures were hitting 35C and air conditioning worked well. Smallest elevator I have ever seen! Three people and it’s crowded! Says holds 8 maybe if you stand on top of each other…lol!
Overall was very good for a three star property
The Wi-Fi service was terrible – unable to do any business on my computer from the room.
Great bathroom, would have like more instructions on how to use the bathtub.
I would have to be convinced the Wi-Fi was better before staying again.
