Coast Capri Hotel
Stayed 4 nights with family for our summer vacation in July. The lobby is beautiful but the arrival curb is a bit ‘off’ from the Front Desk, Looks like they relocated the desk after the renovation. Nicole (?) is very friendly and welcomed us after a long drive from Alberta.
Room is clean, reasonable size and the Housekeeper is very nice as well.
The breakfast restaurant is very busy and the staff is trying their best to accommodate. The quality of food is alright and the best thing is you could order Starbuck’s specialty coffee and pay to the cashier later.
The swimming pool is well maintain with enough towels and lounge chair, A 10′ deep pool is kind of hard to find nowadays and we appreciated it.
We will stay there again for sure
Good location, nice experience
We stayed at the Coast Capri for six nights, and we got a pretty good deal on our room. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. No problems there.
We had a rental car which we were able to park and access freely after registering. The hotel is not right downtown, but it is surrounded by stores and restaurants along the highway 97, and it’s very close to downtown. Approximately 5 minutes by car, maybe a 20-30 minute walk. It was nice that it was right on the highway and only 15 minutes from the airport.
We were there during very nice weather, so we took advantage of the outdoor pool a few times. It was well-kept and not too busy when we went. We enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning. It had everything you needed: cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausages/ham, yogurt, fruit, pastries, bread/toast.
The front desk was friendly and helpful. They made us a new key when we locked ourselves out, and they lent us their scissors and a roll of packing tape. We gave them some of our leftover peaches when we left.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and we would definitely book there again.
Not again - not the price worth
Very small room for two persons travelling – no space for baggage and no space somewhere to put all the cloths and stuff. Just a very small table on the wall.
The Wifi is horrible. The Bath has already seen some more years….
Not even worth the price we paid for – so nothing I would recommend.

Stayed here with 3 grand kids and small dog for 3 days. Wonderful service and pool. Great to have a Starbucks in the hotel and our room was more than adequate. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again when in Kelowna

Fancy website but everything else is a hoax
Booked a Superior room with Two Queens beds two months before check-in and went through a smooth check-in process until I got to room and found TWO DOUBLE beds. I had specifically made a reservation at this hotel on the basis of that bed type being guaranteed. I called down to the front desk only being advised that they were fully booked and that they NEVER guarantee bed types. After finding the email that confirmed the bed type, I stopped by the front desk and another agent advised me that it’s because I called the central reservation lines and they don’t have current availability in inventory? I’m not sure how this was possible given the fact that the reservation was made in May and if they were over sold in this room category in May they should have called me. This could have been all solved at check-in if the staff was honest.
- Small bathroom with really low toilets
- Loud Air conditioner
- Uncomfortable pillows
- Long line-ups for the complimentary continental breakfast
