| 1. Offset Your Meeting with Carbon Credits
Your Coast Catering consultant has a carbon offset calculator that can estimate the tonnes of carbon offsets that are required to offset your meeting. | 2. We Use Recycled Flip Chart Paper or White Boards
Recycled paper is a small change that is easy to implement in any meeting yet can have a huge impact; or go paperless altogether, and use our ample white boards.

| 3. Plastic-Free Food and Beverage Service
You'll find pitchers and glasses instead of plastic water bottles, and re-usable plates & cups.
|
| 4. Recycle & Compost Bins
These will be found throughout the meeting facility to encourage attendees to recycle & reduce waste.

| 5. Recycled Notepads
They are there, only if you need them, piled at the back of the room, rather than at every seat. We know that most attendees bring their own notebooks, or only use a few pages, so we place our note pads at the back of the room to avoid waste, but without completely eliminating a necessary resource for those who come only prepared with pens!
