Looking for that special meeting location? Whether you need an Executive Board Room for six to twelve, Classroom training for 35 people or a Reception venue hosting 60 guests, The Roosevelt meeting and event planning specialists would be delighted to help you with your next event.

We also offer assistance arranging your audio visual needs, with a minimum 24 hours notice required.

Catering Details

Von's Grand City Café menu features a wide selection of meals for your enjoyment and custom menus are available to meet your specific needs and desires. 

Your menu selection must be submitted to the Sales & Catering Coordinator no later than 7 days in advance of the function. The food and beverage prices quoted are subject to a 18% gratuity and Washington State sales tax (9.3%). 

A final guarantee for the attendance of all food and beverage functions is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled function. Guarantee for a Monday or Tuesday function must be received by 12 noon on the preceding Thursday. Charges will be for the actual number served or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.  

All functions shall be settled with cash, check, or credit card unless direct billing has been pre-established with the Roosevelt Hotel. We require a credit card prior to the event as a guarantee on any additional charges that you may incur.

Parking

Valet parking is available only to overnight guests staying at the Roosevelt Hotel. Self-parking is available next door at the Meridian Parking garage or at Pacific Place across the street.
